Dr. Steven Marshak MD

The doctor was very personable and through in his questions/examination of my health. I liked that he's very modern with his use of computers and technology in the office, it really streamlines everything. There's a web portal available for lab results, etc. And a prescription I got was sent directly to the pharmacy to be filled. Very convenient.

We are very happy with Dr. Marshak and would absolutely recommend him.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Marshak, and I was very favorably impressed with the doctor and his very courteous and friendly staff. I was particularly impressed that Dr. Marshak took a detailed medical history himself, rather than having me fill out a form or delegating the medical history to a nurse or other paraprofessional. And there was no sense at all of the meeting with the doctor being rushed, as has unfortunately happened to me with other doctors.

Dr. Marchak is very professional and is very attentive to his patient needs. He will pay attention to every little concern you have. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful.

I found Dr. Marshak to be professional and knowledgeable. We spent most of the appointment taking my history, since it was my first visit. Very unrushed and pleasant hour.

I visited Dr. Marshak for my annual exam and he was friendly and thorough. I especially like his office's online portal, where I can log in to see my test results, prescriptions and appointment reminders. The nurses and secretaries are extremely nice too! When I scheduled my appointment, the secretary followed up with me to ask if I wanted an earlier appointment because it's requested that I don't eat 8 hours prior to my appointment. I'm glad she was so thoughtful to call and ask if I wanted to reschedule because I don't think I could have made it through the day until my original 2:30 PM appointment without eating!

My first visit could not have gone any better. The doctor's staff was both proffesional and friendly. Doctor Marshak's inquirery into my heath history was intensive and not at all rushed. I left feeling confident that my future medical heath was in exceptional hands. I would not hesitate to give to all a haughty recomendation.

The visit was relatively short (compared to my previous annual check-ups), but covered all the important aspects of health in general. It was also very convenient to have the blood drawn at the facility, saving a special trip to a diagnostic lab.

The visit was very professional. The front office staff were all very proficient. One of the qualities that stood out during the visit is Dr. Marshak took the time to ask questions about medical history, which most doctors in the new millienum don't take the time to do anymore.

Dr. Marshak has always shown me great compassion and genuine interest in my care and well being. He is one of those doctors who looks you in the eye when he talks to you about your care which I am sad to say is rare these days. Moving from a small town where I had the same doctors my whole life to this area with a chronic illness and chronic pain condition and history of cancer to top it all off frankly terrified me. I had to learn that here there were many "specialists" who cared for each of your needs, not just the same doctor who delivered you to do everything like in my town lol. I thankfully was blessed to find Dr. Marshak after some searching and frustrations in the beginning meeting doctors who either barely noticed I was even in the room as they typed quietly on their computers or talked on their cell phones giving me the "one minute" finger signal or were eager to put me on steroids for my Crohn's which is a treatment I deflect from due to side effects and they would make me feel demeaned and bullied after leaving their office never to return again. Dr. Marshak has that quiet way of listening to you and your needs and sets up a long term plan of care any patient would be comfortable with because he in fact makes sure you ARE comfortable with it. I feel safe and well cared for under his wellness plan as my doctor which is a lot to say for someone like me who was at first terrified and scared I would never find a good doctor again.

His office uses the latest technology and I find that I can easily discuss any health-related issue I might be experiencing with him or his staff. Have recommended his practice to several friends of mine.

A comfortable office with friendly and helpful staff, a competent and caring physician. I couldn't ask for more.

We had never been to Dr. Marshak before and this visit was somewhat acute in that we were referred by area Emergency Room. Dr. Marshak was very efficient in sorting out my husband's present condition and interaction with his existing conditions. He actually listened to what was said....didn't jump in to finish our sentences. Entire staff unbelievably pleasant and efficient.
