The wait was half an hour. Dr. Wee is excellent. One of the desk staff assigned to check-in patients has an appaling disposition.Her name is Vanessa. Vanessa insisted on collecting my co-pay,therby billing my insurance company even though I informed her the appointment was cosmetic. She refused to accept this on the grounds that I failed to indicate the exact procedure on the ZOC DOC appointment. She also infomed me that I only had a choice of having a follo-up due to my late arrival for the scheduled appointment. The office manager is quite pleasant and professional. Howver, Dr. Kriegle's practice may need t re-evaluate their hiring practices with regards to Vanessa.

It was my first time here with this Dr. and I was very impressed. The office and waiting room were very nice. Dr. Wee had an excellent bedside manner. She is a great Dr. and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Wee was very nice. The appointment felt a little rushed. She told me she was going to go and would be right back, but never came back instead the nurse came in. I had more questions for Dr. Wee but did not get to ask her because I didn't see her after she left the room.

Doctor Wee was professional and courteous and answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. She took the time to explain various treatments that were available. The practice was nice and clean without being clinical, and the electronic check-in devices were pretty neat. Thanks, A+ experience!

My appt was at 1230pm and I did not see her until 1:30pm. I was told there were not enough rooms. Then do not book patients for rooms that are not there. one hour is a ridiculous wait time.

The practice requires patients to complete a form with your credit card information so that they can bill you automatically if your insurance does not pick up a charge. I felt uncomfortable filling this out but was told that it was their policy. I ended up not filling it out, but was told that I would have to if I wanted to schedule any additional appointments.

Dr. Wee is extremely nice and well-liked. Therefore she is also very busy and runs behind. I have waited an hour past my appointment time on two occasions. Even though a 5 minute appointment ends up lasting an hour, I keep going back because she's the first Dr. in NYC I've met so far who appears to care.

The doctor was fine, after I waited 1.5 hours to be seen! There were many patients who arrived after me who were seen and checked out before I was even taken back to a room. I understand there are multiple doctors and different procedures going on, but the availability of the rooms should be worked out based on appt time.

Dr. Sue Ann Wee is excellent physician. Dr. Wee is bright and kind. She was very attentive and thorough to check my sun damaged, wrinkled skin. She answered all my questions and explained the procedures. So I may choose the best procedure. I received fraxel: laser skin-resurfacing treatment during the following appointment. I am pleased and overjoyed with the result. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Wee is my favorite physician. I feel comfortable with her and always have a list of questions for her that she never rushes to answer. If you are as anal about your skin and skin care prevention as I am, the Manhattan Center for Dermatology is right for you!

Dr. Wee is really nice. She has great bedside manner and is very personable. She is knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The office staff however are very unprofessional. They were talking about personal matters in a very loud tone in the office and did not make any effort to be more professional. They did not seem to care really at all.

Dr. Wee is simply excellent. She is smart and nice and takes her time to make sure you understand everything she tells you. She has a gentle touch and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend her but I don't want her practice to get so big that she becomes too busy to see meA good experience all around. Dr. Wee was professional, respectful, and patient; however, my appointment through ZocDoc had been canceled/rescheduled without prior notification from the office. I ended up calling the office myself the following day to confirm the rescheduled appointment. From my experience, I'd suggest to call the office if you make an appointment through ZocDoc. If you are a first time patient, try to arrive a couple of minutes earlier to fill out forms before your appointment. My overall wait time was about 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Wee.

The office was excellent, cutting edge, and pleasant. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was amazing with the exception of wait time. I arrived at 5pm for a 5:15 appointment. After check in process, wait, insertion into room, wait, wait, wait some more. Be seen briefly, then wait. I slept in the chair a few times. Then was finally completely processed. Total time in office: 1hr 45 mins. Total time attended: 15-20 mins. = / The price of excellence: a busy office. I'll probably never go anywhere else, but I'll be sure to alot plenty of time when I go.

As a nearly 15 year acne sufferer, I have seen my fair share of dermatologists. Dr. Wee has been the best one I've seen by a landslide. Why? First, her amazing staff. At the end of their work day, they were still enthusiatic and welcomed me to the office. Second, Dr. Wee herself. After filling out a new patient form, I was greeted warmly by Dr. Wee. During my examination, she was quite attentive to my needs (as I have several determatological issues). She was also thorough (she caught a mole on my foot that I thought nothing of). She was also patient, honest, and most importantly caring (traits many doctors seem to lack nowadays). Third, the amazing office. It's centrally and conveniently located near Midtown Manhattan and looks beautiful. In conclusion, I recommend Dr. Wee 100%. She is an exemplary doctor who treats her patients with respect and care. Doctors...be sure to take heed...

Dr. Wee was very nice and a good communicator of details. But the wait was insane. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room and then went to an exam room and was told to undress for my full body check and sat in that cold room in a paper napkin for 40 more minutes. I actually got up to make sure someone didn't forget me.

I thought Dr. Wee was quite good (when I finally got to see her). However, my 9:00 AM appointment was moved by the office to 9:20. Then, once I got there, I was kept waiting until 10:15 before I saw the doctor, She said that they were pretty backed up, but since I had a 9:20 appointment and 9:00 is the first appointment, how could they be so backed up. There were at least five other patients in the office who clearly had been waiting a long time as well (some even longer than me). It seems this office intentionally overbooks and keeps their patients waiting so there is no "dead time" for the doctors. I find this incredibly rude... my time is at least as valuable as the doctors' times. So, while the doctor I saw was fine, I will not go back.

Dr. Wee answered detail about my questions, procedure and products. There were so many product of fillers to choose but Dr. Wee recommend one was the most suitable for my skin condition. She was quite friendly and open. I was was very comfortable to visit her.
