While she did listen to some of my concerns she ignored others, I did not feel she explored many options. The office staff in both offices were not providing correct information. I will search for another practice.

Although the wait was a bit long, not at all bad for lunchtime the week before Christmas. The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful, and the appointment was made on short notice. That's why I give high marks. The waiting area was a bit small and the TV louder than I prefer, but I had excellent reception on my phone and laptop wireless, which I value more.
