He was punctual. However, the lab did not forward the blood test results as they were suposed to from Monday. The doctor contacted them and had the lab fax the results while I waited. He explained everything well.

I thought today he was somewhat disappointed. The lab told me the blood test results were faxed yesterday. He said he did not receive the report.
