Dr. Colen is attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. She took time to explain things to me and had a caring attitude. A different doctor gave me a hearing test prior to my exam, and he was also excellent.

Dr. Colen was fantastic very thorough and explained her thought process and reasoning gave me plenty of time to ask questions as well.... would highly recommend. On another note the office staff in NJ where I went is incredibly kind and accommodating wish all offices where like this!

She was very thorough! Asked lots of questions and answered all of mine. Only minor complaint was the wait time to see her, but it was an emergency appointment.

I have seen this doctor three times: twice at her Gramercy location and the other in her Brooklyn location. My Gramercy visits went well. Little to no wait time with pleasant office staff. Her medical assistant works with her at both locations. She is pleasant as well and very professional. Dr. Colen has a very nice bedside manner and took her time taking my history and looking into the issues at hand. She seemed to perform all of the necessary tests, but she did fail to take a scope down my nose (which I found odd given my symptoms). Still...she got to the root of the problem which is Eustachian Tube Dysfunction exacerbated by my chronic sinus issues. She prescribed me some new meds (which unfortunately do not seem to help me much - which is not her fault). The Brooklyn visit was a pain! I had to wait about 70 minutes to be seen. UGH! This was a follow-up appointment so it was pretty quick, but overall I think she is a very knowledgeable physician with a great attitude and I would definitely recommend her, though not the Brooklyn office. The receptionist in the Brooklyn office gave me a $5 Starbucks gift card for making my appointment online through ZocDoc (or so she says). It might have been a way to ease my frustration from having to wait 70 MINUTES to be seen.

Dr. Colen is extremely knowledgable in her field and is wonderful with children. Her bedside manner is very impressive and will definitely recommend her and this office! Friendly and very helpful staff. I booked appointments for my son and I for the next day. Once we arrived in the office, I filled out some paper work and was seen right away.
