Dr. Chan was very cordial and gentle when delivering my requested shots. She had a steady hand and the process wasn't bad at all. The only thing I'd say is the wait time was a bit long, and I was surprised, given the office was not busy. I waited just over an hour to be seen, but I would hope this is not the norm.

Excellent visit! I wanted to establish a new patient relationship and Dr Chan was interested in every aspect of my medical history. She also discussed relevant screening tests. I plan to return to Dr. Chan.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Teresa Chan, (I was looking for a new primary doctor). I was seen right away after filling out some light paperwork (because I'm a new patient). Dr. Teresa Chan was amazing! As soon as I sat down, she made me feel like she knew me already. She really seemed like she cared about my condition and asked a lot of questions instead of rushing the appointment. Looks like I found my new primary doctor, and hopefully my last!

Unprofessional staff that was fooling around and their friends were sitting on the checkin tables as I was waiting. The nurse also had to poke me in both arms to draw blood and commented that I should tell future doctors to only draw from my right arm because the veins in my left were 'collapsing'. I have gotten bloodwork done my whole life and never once had this problem.

She is the best doctor I ever had. Extremely attentive, caring, kind and an overall pleasure. I wish all doctors were like her. She is also very knowledgable and talented. I am happy with her and plan on staying with her as my personal doctor forever.

Dr Chen is extremely friendly and has an excellent bedside manner. She listened to all my symptoms fully and had a clear diagnosis. She wanted to make sure I understood the reasons why I didn't feel well and what the treatments she prescribed would do to make me feel better (all otc, btw). Her staff is very friendly. However I did have to wait for 30-40 minutes because of a mixup in patient queue. The waiting room area was very noisy and busy which wasn't ideal for a sick day. The waiting room and patient rooms are so-so, a little dated.

Was able to make a quick appoint with Dr. Chan using ZocDoc. Dr. Chan was very personable, explained her diagnosis clearly, and gave me clear directions concerning her prescribed treatment. Also helps that her office staff were kind and friendly. Will be returning soon for a full check up.

This is my 4th Doctor in the city, and not because I'm picky, but because I've moved around a bit and like to have a close-by doctor's office. Dr. Chan is by far the best around! (open regular hours, kind listener, always reachable, very intelligent). I'm usually on time for appointments and have never waited, even when she's squeezed me in for a same day appointment. I just stumbled upon ZocDoc yesterday and the two together make a perfect pair!
