I thought Doctor Pondok was extremely professional. Since I was a new patient she asked me detailed questions about my previous health conditions, family health, and anything that could help her treat me.
I was seen immediately (actually a few minutes early). Dr. Pondok was very warm and thorough. She listened intently and seemed interested and eager to help answer all of my questions. She recommended an (OBGYN) which I am also looking for and even called me later in the evening (after she has done some investigation) with a recommendation for a therapist. In the past I have become frustrated with Dr’s for various reasons (keeping me waiting, seeming cold, and rushing appointments) and am always weary when meeting new ones. I am so happy to have found such a seemingly genuine and caring primary care physician! Z
