Dr. Tran exhibits great experience & diagnostic ability. Friendly, down-to-earth, and extremely helpful in providing tactics to cope with a problematic throat condition. I recommend Dr. Tran absolutely. I also have nothing but compliments for Sandra D., the audiologist. She was charming yet gave my ears a thorough examination. Good, caring service! On the other hand, Beth Israel's front office staff at the ENT desk were not at all helpful until the assigned staffer showed up (late); no one else could step in and prepare the waiting patients, or even hand out the standard new patient/insurance forms. Ridiculous! Also,the office staff had double-booked my appointment time, so I had an hour and a half wait to see Dr. Tran when I had purposely booked an after-lunch time so I wouldn't have to wait so long. Their office management really needs an intervention.
