The entire staff was very efficient, friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Clinch took a great deal of time explaining all the tests that were being done and also the surgery that was needed. I left feeling informed and very confident.

My first visit with him was great but the second visit was terrible. It seems he had a long day and two patients before me where difficult so after an hour wait when he got to me he was already irritated and unfriendly with mostly everything he said to me. His customer service was very poor and he did not seem to care what he said everything he said was in a rude manner. then at the end when he was the one that told me to bring in my old glasses he snapped at me and said that is a charge to read those old glasses but i will if money is not an issue I will if you want me to and walked out of the office. He ignored the fact that he was the one that told me to bring them in so I grabbed my stuff and left cause i will not be the one he takes his rough day on. I picked him because he was rated high in the Washingtonian as a good doctor but obviously he was not rated when he is underpressure and a rough day. I rather not go back to deal with his rudness and will look for a kinder doctor its one thing to wait for a doctor because his good its another thing to deal with his rudeness on top of the wait. The wait time would not have been so bad had someone communicated with me he had two unexpected patients he squeezed in rather than me sit there for an hour thinking maybe my on line appointment got squeezed in. His whole mannerism changes when he had a stressfull day which is when customer service should be most important wether someone comes in from loosing their vision or a simple vision check they all matter and constant rudeness is unnecessary in his line of work. In my family six people needed to go to eye doctor but I would never recommend them to him because if he has a bad day I know they would not get good service.

First visit to this practice. Staff was friendly and professional. Exam was thorough and doctor took time to explain things.

Except for the wait time, the experience was excellent. I came 15 min early because I was a new patient and still waited over 1 hour.

As always very satified with my appointment with Dr. Clinch. He will always answer my questions and gives you time for questions.

He was very friendly, asked a lot of questions and was very thorough. Very easy to talk to as well.

I liked Dr. Clinch when I met him 10+ years ago for my lasik surgery, and like him just as much when I came back to see him all these years later. He is one of the best eye doctors around, and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend him.

A highly professional and friendly practice - impressed!!

Professional Staff, very little wait despite the busy office. The office was clean, spacious and amazingly well located. Dr. Clinch himself was professional courteous, and very informative even though I saw him for only a few minutes. Gave me everything that I needed. A fantastic Doctor who really knows what he doing.

It was my first visit there today, and I can say nothing less than the Best EYE Physician I have ever known based on his knowledge and experience and more importantly how he had answers for every question I posed. Very jolly and lively person. I have a very complicated disease called keratoconus and I got the Best Advice.

I have never had a more pleasant experience at a doctor's office. Ordinarily, the Doctors are very professional, but in this instance the receptionists and support staff were also excellent and went above and beyond. Only complaint is that is it hard to get through their phone lines.

He is an experienced, professional, caring Doctor, with a wonerful sense of humor. He absolutely makes new patients feel right at home. It was a great experience. He has a wonderful staff, as well.
