it was a lot better than i expected..i had seen her a little over eight years ago in a former office and it was quite a wait even tho the visit was well worth it so i expected to have a long wait thisvisit but not so. i was actually in and out ,very professional and personal..

I was very glad to see her success with the new office. This was my first visit at the new ofice. The wait time was over an hour due to the office transistioning to a new file system within their computer. But, this was explained by one of the office staff.

Visit was great, took a little longer as it was my first time in the office. But overall it was great. The waiting area and facilities are very nice and spacious. Honestly, it's the nicest Dr's office I've visited to date.

I loved my visit with Dr. Callender. She was very nice and really seemed to understand the problems I was having. The only reason why I had to wait was because it didn't show I had an appointment (somehow when I made the appointment through ZocDoc it didn't show up on their system), but they apologized and squeezed me in (I only waited maybe seven minutes). I was extremely impressed with the facility. It seemed welcoming and very clean. The staff were also very nice. I would highly recommend seeing this doctor.

Office is very clean and Doctor Callender herself is very helpful, but I've had three appointments there so far and two of them I was sitting in the waiting room for close to an hour. Unacceptable.

Dr. Callender was very friendly, very comforting, informative, professional. She explained the problem, the solution and the options for dealing with it and what the various options would cost. i made my decision and she went ahead and treated me. Now I will be waiting to see if her treatment results in the improvement I am hoping for.

Everyone was very helpful and nice at Dr. Callender's office. Once I was taken back to the exam room I had a bit of a wait, but she answered all of my questions and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Front desk staff were rude & arrived early to appointment but was not seen by doctor until over an hour later..the doctor was friendly & seemed knowledgable..will wait to see if her recommended regimen works.

Although the wait time was long, maybe because the waiting room was filled with people, once I was permitted into the consultation room it took about 5 minutes to see the doctor and she was well knowledged about my skin and its problems. Would definitely recommend her practice!

Using Zoc Doc was easy and fast to schedule an appointment Dr. Callender. Based on the other reviews I arrived early (3:15 pm for a 3:450pm appt.)with my paperwork per printed and completed from home. After signing in I was called up and asked for my insurance within 2 minutes of sitting down. By 3:45 my scheduled visit time I was called back and seen by the nurse and shortly after Dr. Callendar. She addressed my acne concerns and has me on a new regiment that I am already starting to see results only after 3 days! Thank you Doctor! I went prepared with a book to read and I only got to read 2 pages. Dr. Callender's office is extremely busy and she moves and talks really fast so you need to be able to keep up, however, she writes everything downs and instructions on how to use the products she's prescribing. If you are looking for warm and fuzzy's this might not be the place for you. But is you want a good Dr that knows her stuff and get your skin on the right track check this place out. By the way I was out the door and in my car by 4:05pm.

I came in 30 minutes early and still had to wait an hour to been seen. Once I was seen, the doctor did nothing but gave me advise to straighten my hair. I wish that I had called in a recommendation than to have any appointment and pay a co-pay.

I waited almost 2 full hours before being seen by Dr. Callender. I was told it was because I was a new patient. Time is money -- I could have stayed at work an extra 2 hours if I had known I'd be treated this way. When I told the receptionist I had to leave for another appointment, I was rushed in, had a rushed visit with the Dr. (Who seems awesome). I left the office with a prescription, and some free samples to help clear up my skin. Both worked, but I will not be scheduling a follow up appointment for fear of wasting my time in the waiting room again. I should point out the fact that the waiting room is very comfortable for long waits. The chairs are comfy, the magazine selection is awesome, and the music is calming.

She was great! I am excited about starting my regimen to clear up my acne. Her staff was very nice.

Dr. Callender had just returned from vacation and her calendar was very backed up. Nevertheless, her staff was friendly, thorough and professional. My initial consultation with her was excellent. She was friendly, expressed concern, listened carefully to my concerns and suggested an effective course of action.

Dr. Callender and her staff were very professional and extremely polite, (which was refreshing). The waiting room area was very relaxing and zen. The wait time was short, in fact she took me early. Dr. Callender was very knowledgable and empathetic and immedietly diagnosed my condition. Although my appointment was for medical concerns, based on my plesant experience, I am considering returning for non-medical reasons and explore their cosmetic spa options.

The visit was great! I saw Dr. Young and she was super nice and informed me of what I need to do to get my skin in great condition. I also met w/ Dr. Callender and she was amazing as well. You can really tell this is a serious derm practice. Everyone was super beautiful, fabulous skin, and the office was just as nice. Definitely recommending a couple of people to this office.

Dr Callender and her staff were professional, pleasant and polite.

The wait was unusally long. I understand emergencies happen. It would be helpful if the staff would mention the delay when you sign in for your appt. Before you pay your co-pay and you have the option of re-scheduleing. If they had only mention the delay to the other 4 people before me, they may have stayed and not complain. As the staff to put themselves in the customer's place. Isn't always nicer when you know there is a slight problem and ask to be patient. Everyone knows how pleasant Dr. Callender is, and if there is a problem. WE WILL WAIT. You must communicate with the patients. Dr "" is the BEST

Dr.Callender was professional, experienced, honest and explained everything in detailed. She also had a wonderful personality and does not mind when you ask alot of questions.

this was my first appointment with Dr Valerie Callender. she gave me a treatment for 4 weeks hopefuly it will help me get rid of my problems. she was very nice, friendly staff.

Dr. Callender seemed very attentive and knowledgeable. She got straight to the point. The office staff were courteous. I had the first appointment of the day, and they were a bit late opening up. So I did have to wait a few minutes before the office was opened.

This was my first visit and I have no complaints. Althought I had a bit of a wait, the atmosphere was pleasant.

Dr. Callender was great! Really nice, helpful, and knew exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I arrived half an hour before my appointment to fill out the paperwork; and I had to wait another hour after my appointment time, making my total wait time an hour and a half. That's way longer than the time I spent actually seeing her!

Dr. Callaender, is an exceptional example of an emphatic and caring physcian. I would gladly recommend her to my family,freinds,and fellow employees.

The staff was friendly and professional. They made me feel like I was a priority. Dr. Callender was knowledgeable and explanatory, yet succinct. In addition, she was not only concerned about clearing up the physical manifestation of the condition, but also finding the root cause.

The doctor was very helpful. She prescribed medication for my condition that's very helpful and everything seems to be going very well. I am looking forward to my next visit.

The offices are beautiful. The staff is professional and courteous. I only spent a few minutes with the doctor but she seemed very competent and explained what I needed to know.
