I am a terrible patient. I don't like people touching me or poking and prodding me and I fussed for at least 10 minutes before letting her stick a light up my nose. She was professional and humored my psychotic behavior. She also took an interest in figuring out why I am getting sick constantly, rather than just curing me now. Short wait due to some guy who missed his appointment date by 20 mins. She seemed busy but I didn't feel particularly rushed. Who wants to hang out at a doctors office longer than required anyway?

I just moved to the UWS and I never used ZocDoc to find a doctor before but I was in so much pain I needed to find a Doctor...fast! I made the appointment online (the office was closed) for the next day and had no problems seeing the doctor at the scheduled time. She was amazingly nice, smart and direct. She also has alot of what many other doctors are lacking and that is the ability to listen intently about your issue and respond with kindness and respect. I would recommend Dr. Kumra to anyone!

I have seen Dr. Kumra for a few years now. (She fixed my deviated septum, which alleviated a lot of sinus pressure/pain for me.) She is extremely focused and dedicated to helping her patients in whatever ways she can, and she has a wonderful manner. I highly recommend her.

My visit was brief, but I was impressed.

The doctor arrived 30 minutes later to the office and during consultation answered her cell phone three times. Two weeks later I am still waiting for a referral to see a doctor for a sleep study that her secretary (which is not a courteous person) supposed to setup.

Easy to get to...I didn't have to wait and she listened to everything I said and then fixed my problem immediately. She has a great way with patients. Probably one of the best specialized doctors I have ever visited!
