This was my first visit to Dr. Romashova. Starting from being able to book an appointment online I was pleasantly surprised. Her staff is very professional and courteous. Dr. Romashova is very friendly and highly professional. She really spends time with you and treats you not as a number, but as a human being with problems that she could help you with. Already booked my mom to go her and she loved her as well. I guess I found my new primary care physician.

Dr. Romashova is wonderful in every way! This was my first visit to her office.She gave me an extremely thorough examination, lovely bedside manner,listens to your concerns,you are seen right away,never rushed,all staff is wonderful! She has a wonderful, courteous MALE receptionist. She also recommends top notch doctors in other fields that you might need (dermatologist,etc).She is extremely highly recommended from me. I am now taking my daughter (24) to her and telling all my family, friends and aquaintences about her and her office staff.I am ever so grateful to find this wonderful team on Zocdoc.com Thank you for everything Veronika and staff. I highly recommend Dr.Romashova! If you are looking for a doctor that is intelligent, caring, patient, and easy to talk too, look no further. She takes her time with each patient in order to fully understand a patient's needs and best of all she has Saturday and evening appointments. Best doctor on Staten Island.
