All the staff were very nice,the nurses and doctors were excellent

I picked Dr. Yen based on his ZocDoc reviews, and wasn't disappointed. He was friendly and easy going and saw me right away. He took plenty of time to answer my questions and gave me some good advice.

Dr. Yen was great! The receptionists were very attentive and nice. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a consultation. My only issue was the wait time because I am strong believer that if you have an appointment at 8am, let it be 8:14am the latest, not an half hour after 8am or longer.

He listen to my problems and tried to help me to the best of his knowledge

This was my first and only visit with Dr. Yen to date, but I have a follow up appointment scheduled. I felt very comfortable with him. He was very attentive, and I did not feel rushed. I was seen right away. He seemed very interested in my concerns. I would recommend him, based upon this visit.

Dr Yen was great! Patient, attentive. It's only natural to have some anxiety when you dint understand what's going on in your body, but he explained everything really well and put me at ease. So glad I found him!

Dr. Yen and his staff were prompt, professional, and helpful. He took the time to explain the details of my medical situation, and his office does blood work right there. Dr. Yen personally returned my phone call about the results of the blood work, and his office mailed me a print out of the results without me requesting it.

Dr. Yen was very understanding - he listened closely and patiently to my laundry list of questions/concerns. He did an excellent job investigating my condition, and explained my options thoroughly yet simply. I waited less than five minutes to see the doctor, and didn't have to wait at all to have my bloodwork done right there in the office lab. Dr. Yen and his staff were friendly and efficient - I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Dr Yen has provided excellent care and support to me, both in person and in follow up on the phone. I came to him about conditions I've had for awhile and he took the time to get my complete history and acknowledged that we were both experts--he as an endocrinologist and me as an authority on what's going on with me and my past labs, etc. So refreshing! He's smart and thorough and in my case has been very helpful in finding the right surgeon for my next steps. Side note, the nurse in the lab was a first rate phlebotomist--painless stick on the first try which is so rare for me. Great experience all around.

This was my initial visit. Dr. Yen was great. He was very informative and took the time to listen to my concerns as well as go through all of my medical records. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is also very clean. I highly recommend him.

The doctor was personable, thorough, and inspired confidence. The woman who drew blood afterward was briskly efficient. However, the clerical staff is disorganized and unprofessional. When I walked in, the receptionist was having a meltdown, complaining loudly, mainly in Spanish, about how overwhelmed she was. Getting my paperwork in order was a major drama. I was promised follow-up within a certain timeframe; never heard. Called several times, winding up on hold indefinitely, having the call dropped, getting clueless answers. Didn't get results till one week after they were promised, and only through my dogged persistence. If the staff were as good as the doctor, I'd recommend without hesitation, but I have no tolerance for this type of nonsense.

Dr. Yen was running behind, but still took his time with me. He seems very knowledgable and gave me more information than the average doctor. He also listened to everything I had to say and all of the questions I asked. He is a bit talkative, so I did need to be assertive to make sure I got my questions in.

Dr. Yen is amazing. I've been seeing him for over a year. He spends an hour with me each time I go in for a consultation and has helped me in lowering my A1C. He has extensive knowledge of beneficial products for diabetics.(He recommended a contineuos glucose monitor for me which I had never even heard of and it's worked out great). He will take the time to call your insurance and discuss with them what you need precertified in order to maintain your health. Seriously, for a Doctor of his caliber I am amazed he even takes insurance.

Dr Yen first treated me about 12 years ago for a thyroid condition. When my primary doctor left the practice, I chose Dr Yen because he made me feel very comfortable. Today's visit was the same,, very comforting.

I just saw Dr. Yen today and he was extremely knowledgable. The reception staff certainly could have been friendlier, but my appointment was on time and the doctor took plenty of time to answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend him.

He was extremely thorough in his explanations, asked a lot of questions, and answered all of my questions (most of which my primary doctor couldn't or wouldn't answer). I went to him as a specialist and am considering switching to him as my primary doctor.

Dr. Yen is wonderful. His office staff is not. They billed my old insurance even though I presented and they xeroxed my new insurance card. I fixed one bill, am working on the lab bill. Also, in the past, I needed to have renewal prescriptions called in to my pharmacy. Twice they called in an incorrect prescription and it took between one week and ten days to be corrected, costing me another co-pay. If I didn't respect Dr. Yen, I'd be out of here.

Dr. Yen does not seem to care too much about his patients. I have seen him 3 times for a thyroid issue and he seems very disorganized and does not seem to listen to what you have told him in terms of symptoms and concerns you may have. It is also near impossible to get in touch with him to discuss results. Do not deal with the frustration of seeing Dr. Yen. Find a doctor who cares and will spend the time to help you. Also continuum health, in his building, messed up the insurance for my blood work and now I am in the painful process of getting that sorted out with them.

I saw Dr Yen on Thursday and started recommending him the next day. He is experience,knowledgeable and more importantly up-to-date in the care and treatment of his specialities.

This is the best endo I've been too and I've been to many! He listened (rare)and really did a through eval. I am looking forward to being his patient!

I had my first appointment with Dr. Yen and he was fantastic. He spent nearly an hour with me going over my various symptoms and prior medical history. He is very intelligent, understanding and communicates medical terminology and processes thoroughly.

Dr. Yen is very informative, thorough, and clear in his explinations. Wait time (especially for a new patient) was a lot faster than I expected, especially considering I did have a late evening appointment.

(update) Dr. Yen did an excellent job in getting down to the bottom of what was causing my symptoms. When things got really hairy one Friday night, he called me back and made sure I saw the doc on call that weekend (who was also terrific). Thanks to Dr. Yen, I am feeling much much better. He really cares about his patients. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his practice.

I was amazed at how thorough Dr. Yen was. Even though we had basically ruled out any thyroid problems as the source of my depression and fatigue, he took the time to discuss other possible causes outside his field. I have never seen such genuine enthusiasm in a doctor for his field. More, he never talked down to me and helped me to understand my charts and form my own opinion. Though the nature of my problems prevented him from helping me, I am deeply greatly for the time he took with me.

I only saw Dr. Yen for one visit, but he was very attentive and took a lot of time with me going over my complicated medical history. Fair warning - He's all business. If you're looking for a sympathetic ear, then you might want to consider visiting someone else. For me though, professionalism and attention to detail are the most important factors given my situation. Quick shout out to the front desk and lab attendant who were very pleasant and helpful.

Vincent Yen was very quick and helpful. I got all my tests that i needed done to clear my surgery within 15 minutes. Excellent doctor straight to the point and i would recommend him!
