"he front desk had no idea I had an appointment as 'the girl who does the internet thing wasn't there." But the doctor did see me nonetheless and did a biopsy rather than just diagnosing me on the spot which I give him five stars for --and made an appt for a follow up to review results.

I liked the doctor and his staff, but the wait time was terrible (just over 1 hour), without so much as an apology. Office was clean, but very 'tired' (old paint, old furniture)
