Dr. Kwan was great. I don't think a visit to the doctor can get any better, unless they read your mind and get your medical history. (As it was I filled out a quick form on an iPad.) The office also looks and feels like a high end spa.

This was such a great experience. Dr. Kwan and his staff were all amazing, efficient, and extremely professional/knowledgable. So glad to find Dr. Kwan! Thanks to ZocDoc for making the appointment scheduling so easy!

I found Dr. Kwan to be warm and engaging. I came to him with a melasma problem. He could have easily convinced me that I needed expensive laser treatments, however reassured me that topicals were the best route for now. Instead of busting out his script pad, he encouraged me to use hydoroquinone that I already have & samples that he provided. Dr. Kwan is a kind, competent, ethical dermatologist. Already looking forward to my next appointment!

He was awesome! For the first time I didn't feel rushed with a dermatologist visit. He would listen to my problems and answer my questions. I thought he was very sweet and gentle.

Dr. Kwan was very professional and engaging. I did feel however; he was in a bit of a rush even though I was on time for my appointment. I also came to get a skin screening and acne consultation and was told I could only get one at a time and that I would need to book a separate appointment. It's not easy to get time off work and I wish that someone had communicated this to me when I called to make the appointment. Either way I left happy and have recommended him to a few people:)

Dr. Kwan has the perfect attitude with his patients - he is friendly yet professional, and seems to genuinely care about you. He is clearly an experienced practitioner, having diagnosed my dermatological issue immediately. Dr. Kwan's practice goes above and beyond in their customer service, which is so rare in the healthcare industry these days. I would recommend Dr. Kwan to anyone in search of a new dermatologist!

Dr. Kwan and his staff are friendly and professional. The office is new-age with whites and fogged glass, which makes it feel more like a spa than a doctor's office, but they had me fixed up and out of there faster than a taco bell drive-thru! I would definitely recommend Dr. Kwan.
