Profesional in all aspects. From his experience and knoledgeof Physiatry and Pian Management. He.seems like a man than its up to date on what happening in medice, specially in his fieldsof specialty. I must admit ive put him twice to the test, and his response was 110%on the spot and then some. A true believer in alternatives forms of Pain management without the use of medications. Dr Zhang is not a pill pusher. He practices electrodiagnosis,,acupunture,.massages and herbal medicines. promotes a heathy nutritional lifestyly. His staff are all professionals on their own right from the receptionists, secretaries, to the staff at Physical Rehab. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfy.Hes fast and his staff are all in sync, very well coordinated. His diagnosis of my conditions have been acurate .If he knows that something is out of his expertise, DR Zhang will point you in the right direction on who to see, what specialist, tests ect..All his equipment is brand new.I highly reccomend Dr Zhangs practice for those of you that like me are looking for an alternative, modern and innovative way in dealing with pain. It has worked wonders for me. If you are serious and commited on feeling better and pain free without the same dull and old fashioned treatments of the past then Dr Xiaoliang Zhang,MD is the place for you.You wont regret it.

I marked down shoulder injection. Dr. Xiaoliang was polite but since my physical therapy time has been met this year. He refused to give me the steroid injection that I marked on Zocdoc for so I wondered why they took my appointment in the first place, which I made at an hour and a half before. I asked if I could get acupuncture treatments, but was told insurance might not cover it. I marked down shoulder injection. Dr. Xiaoliang was polite, but since my physical therapy time has been met this year. He refused to give me the steroid injection that I marked on Zocdoc. I asked if I could get acupuncture treatments again to no avail. The receptionist was courteous to me as I waited though.

They confirm appointments when the doctor isn't in that office. He has two Queens locations. The first time I arrived for the receptionist to tell me he's in the other office. Luckily I had a car to get there. My first visit was fine all around. Today I went for a second visit. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional and inconsiderate. Speaking in other languages about an insurance issue of mine was obvious. I'll never go there again. Constantly giving the run around. I advise everybody to steer clear if you don't wan a headache.

I am a physician myself, and can say without reservation that Dr. Zhang, took more time, explained more thoroughly and showed more patient concern then the vast majority of our collegues.I will absolutley recommend him to those of my patients who need pain management or physical medicine.

This doctor is good, he knows what to do with my condition when he saw me. I just wish I could understand him more since there is a little languange barrier.
I came in and told the receptionist I booked it online in zocdoc.com. She said, "we don't have online booking". So I recommend calling the MD's office instead. We waited for about 45 minutes since we had booked 4pm through zocdoc. The doctor came in and saw a guy before me that came in after me w/c is really unfair but I let it go.
After the doctor saw me & I did therapy, the receptionist had no clue what next step I will do, if I didn't tell her that I need the x-ray order, she wouldn't know. In the middle of the discussion, a chinese lady came in & she totally speak chinese w/ her and totally forgot about me. So unprofessional. If not for her I will totally recommend the doctor. I don't want the same experience on my family or my friends. It is frustrating and stressful.
good doctor. no wait
