Dr. Yevgeny Litvak MD

I just finished seeing Dr. Litvak the office was clean and welcoming I had my appointment two days after calling the office when I arrivred I was glad to see there was only one person ahead of me. I finished the information sheet they handed me sat for five min and then I was called by a lovely med asst. she was very friendly and eased my white coat syndrome we spoke to eachother as if we were friends forever and I was greatful for that I felt so comfortable I was no longer nervous I was told to go back in the waiting room to my surprise they called me right away Iasked the lovely asst if this happens often she said the doctor doesn't like to keep the patients waiting which was great because I'm a mother of three it was nice that yhe doctor respected my time. I went to meet the doctor ,he sat behind the desk with a warm smile and a firm handshake, he asked me a lot of questions but it didn't bother me because I knew he was very knowledgable after my exam the doctor to go tohave my blood drawn which is not an easy task I told the Asst. that I have terrible veins she said "there are no bad veins just bad Asst. " surprised again she got my blood on the first shot I thanked her and told I'll be back for my procedure she said she'll be there to hold my handto ease my nerves she did I have an appointment in a week but from what I see the doctro and his staff get FIVE GOLD STARS

Borth, the doctor and his assistants are very professional. I was impressed with their efficiency.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I chose this Dr based on positive patient reviews sadly however, I myself had a very different experience. PROS: The Dr. himself is very pleasant and seems knowledgable in this field. CONS: *His availability is extremely limited at Manhattan office (9-11am every other Wednesday) *He does not accept credit card payments (though the other Dr's in the office do, hence why I didnt find out until after showing up for my appt). I was actually told by the secretary to go out and find an atm nearby so that I could pay before leaving. **Office staff is unwilling to provide you with assistance if you call any time outside of the 2 hour window, every other Wednesday because he has "his own secretary" and they dont work for him. I was unable to retrieve my records for a different doctor's appt because his own secretary would not be in for another week and a half. *Dr. referred me to get outside testing at another lab. Though he warned me that the test wouldn't be covered by insurance, I didnt know how extremely expensive it would be! Plus the paperwork he gave me from the lab was over 10 years old (as per lab Dr), prices were outdated, instructions for procedure were wrong, address was incorrect. Needless to say, it made for a very distressing experience. As stated, Dr. himself is nice but its the details that can make or break your experience. Definitely broke it for me :(
