Dr. Nofsinger received her undergraduate degree from Duke University. She attended The University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine where she also served her Internship and Residency training in General Surgery and Otolaryngology.

Dr. Nofsinger is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. She specializes in general Otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, and allergy testing and treatment.
