Dr. Zubin Khubchandani MD

Professional Statement

Zubin Khubchandani grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. He went to medical school at the University of Arizona in Tucson, where he was selected into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and graduated with honors. After his Internal Medicine internship in Phoenix, he did his Orthopedic Surgery residency at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. This was followed by a Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy fellowship in Orlando, Florida. While in Orlando, he subspecialized in shoulder and knee disorders and had the opportunity to treat professional athletes including The Kansas City Royals during spring training. He also treated collegiate, high school and recreational athletes alike.

Dr. Khubchandani is a board certified orthopedic surgeon whose practice involves general orthopedic surgery as well arthroscopy, sports medicine and knee & shoulder injuries. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Texas Medical Association, and has served on the Sports Medicine committee for the Tarrant County Medical Society.

Zubin is married with three children, and he loves being a husband and dad. In his spare time he enjoys golf, football, reading, and barbequing. He and his family moved to the Dallas/Fort Worth area in 2002 which they now consider home. …
