I was recommended to Dr. Trandai by my primary care physician when I found out I was pregnant. I didn't know much about her at the time but had been told by my doctor that she had a very good reputation and a low C-Section rate (which is a concern of mine because I really do not want a C-Section if at all possible). Anyways, I went to my first appointment with her when I was about 5 weeks pregnant. Her nurses were very kind and informative when I asked them questions and when they took blood it didn't even hurt (and I have a low pain tolerance so a good blood draw seriously makes my day). From our very first visit Dr Trandai was extremely professional and friendly, she made it a point to make both me and my husband feel comfortable and informed on what the next 35 weeks would look like. This being my first baby I knew absolutely nothing about the process but left that day feeling informed and educated on what was going to happen throughout the course of the pregnancy. I would also like to note that I have not had the easiest pregnancy. In my first trimester I was diagnosed with extreme morning sickness in which I could not keep ANYTHING down. There was one time in my 6th week of pregnancy where I literally felt like I was going to die. I called Dr. Trandai and she got me in to see her within an hour. She was able to give me a prescription to help ease my nausea and it made a world of difference. Then later in my 12th week of pregnancy I had to go to the emergency room because I was extremely dehydrated, Dr. Trandai actually took the time to call the emergency room and check in on how I was doing. I couldn't believe how caring she was to call and check in on me. This is a very rare quality to find in a doctor. Then again at 13 weeks I had some minor bleeding and Dr. Trandai opened her office a little early to get me in and see me before the first patient of the day. She performed an ultrasound and some other things to make sure the baby was okay. Then she again took the time to call over the weekend to check in and make sure I was okay. Dr. Trandai is an extremely caring and compassionate doctor, she is willing to go out of her way for the patient's best interest. I think that she has gone above and beyond to make sure that our experience is the best that it can be. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a good doctor. Good doctors are very hard to come by now-a-days and she gets 5 stars in my book.

Well this was my first time there, as of now I can say the staff was very friendly, I was running a late so I called to let them know, the receptionist on the phone was very friendly. When I arrived they instantly knew I was their *:**pm patient. Great start so far, however they did have me refill all the paperwork zocdoc had me full on line which that part I found to be a waist of my time, why offer on line registration if your going to have the patient refill the same forms with same questions & answer? I reluctantly filled out the forms, as soon as I was done, the front desk girl politely thanked me & quickly notified the MA that I was there. The MA called me in ( even pronounced my name correctly) I was impressed -LOL MOST American/Africans kill my name. Kudos to her ! Anyway, she called me in , took all my vitals asked me a few of the same questions I had already answered on line, once again I reluctantly verbalized my response, she then very politely asked me to undress & stepped out. The doctor came in less then 5 minutes later. She seems to be a good Gyn for now, she answered all my questions, seemed very patient with my repeated questions. Now I wait for my results, I just hope they are all good & that the OBGYN is on top of her game & doesn't make me call her for my results. I need a good GYN . I'm sure my results are already in, I just hope she doesn't keep me in suspense all week. But for now, so far so good, but we shall see how long it takes for her or her MA to call me with my results, it's only been day #2 so let's see... To be continued.
