The Advanced Fertility Center of Texas (AFCT) has several offices located throughout Houston metropolitan area. We offer the most comprehensive, cutting-edge fertility services available. We assist both couples and individuals in experiencing the joy of parenthood, by providing the entire range of fertility services on-site, including artificial insemination, injectible gonadotropins, in vitro ... fertilization, egg donor program, fertility preservation and surrogacy. The AFCT difference is that we will identify and treat complex disorders associated with infertility including severe male infertility, endocrine disorders, severe endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome or any other congenital anomaly which requires medical or complex surgery.

Our fertility specialists, Dr. Michael Allon and Dr. Stephan Krotz, combined, have more than 20 years of experience, as well as recognition of excellence for their work in infertility. They take pride in individualized, warm and friendly approach to patient care with comprehensive fertility testing for both men and women which has resulted in successful conception of thousands of couples from all over the world.


At the core of AFCT are fully accredited Reproductive Laboratories, directed by Dr. Dmitri Dozortsev, board certified in Embryology and Andrology. Dr. Dozortsev is one of the pioneers of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and Preimplantation Genetics Diagnosis (PGD). He established an in vitro fertilization program (IVF) at our center, which goes beyond state-of-the-art and includes the advanced techniques of egg freezing and Same Day PGD™.

Through our national and international collaborations, we are able to transfer technology from world experts in egg freezing and ovarian tissue transplantation, to offer the most current method of fertility preservation for women undergoing cancer treatments and those who are interested in postponing childbearing.
