The wait time was incredibly long, I actually fell asleep. Dr. Sarowitz was kind and very knowledgeable, however it did not make up for the wait time.

Dr. Sarowitz was not there that day but I was attended by another one of his colleagues and it was great. Will definitely go back again. He helped me understand what was going on and I left very happy from the establishment.

Dr.Andrew Sarowitz and staff were so awesome I recommend my parents. He was extremely detailed about everything and answered all my questions & concerns. He mentioned different ways I can have my desired smile and was helpful with when I should have my next check up. I’m super excited to finally have a primary dentist ????

The dentists, staff and assistants are all courteous and professional. I just wish they could get the wait times down. Also, I was very fortunate to not get a parking ticket because I fed the meter for the max time (I hour) just before going in; but I was in the chair for about 90 minutes for x-rays, consult, deep teeth cleaning, and waiting time. In fairness, I did ask for a shot for the pain (sensitive teeth and gums), so time to administer the shots and time to get numb allotted for some of the extra time.

Very professional. The staff was more than friendly. Dr. Sarowitz was very helpful in calming what could have been a stressful situation because going to the dentist can be frightening. He explained what each tool was for the sound of each tool and even stopped at periods of time to ask how I was doing.

My visit with Dr. Sarowitz was exceptional! I’ve been having a hard time finding a dentist in the city that I felt comfortable with, but Dr. Sarowitz put my mind at ease. His bedside manner was among the best I’ve experienced. He melded just the right amount of humor and conversation, but didn’t make me uncomfortable with forced small talk. I felt that he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the best treatment option for me. Because of the apparent ease with which he performed the work, and his genuine care about me as a patient, he’ll be my first choice for future visits.

Wait staff was friendly, came in early and still had to wait a bit before seeing the doc but overall the visit was great. The doc was very thorough with our findings.

The two lovely ladies at the front desk, Eliz and Erica, were super helpful and welcoming! Once I entered, they made sure I was helped right away. Erica and Eliza offered their assistance after my appointment for any questions I may have in the near future.
I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist, however, once I came to see Dr. Sarowitz, I have decided to be more proactive about my dental hygenine. He was super informative and helpful. I did have a lot of questions, however, he explained his answers throughly. He also made me feel comfortable throughout his consultation. I already recommended him to my immediate family. Thank you so much, Dr. Sarowitz!

I've avoided going to the dentist for years (and I have a bunch of work I need to get done). I was so scared to even be there but Eliz and Erica (at the front desk) were so warm and friendly, they were patient working with me (and I noticed they showed the same patience to people who called and those who came in). The technician apologized for making me wait so long. Dr. Sarowitz in 5 minutes undid 25 years of my trauma of dentist. He was kind, reassuring, he gave me a plan to get my dental hygiene back to healthy that worked with the boundaries for my insurance, and what I insurance wouldn't cover, the lovely ladies at the front desk helped me find a loan and payment plan for. The cleaning wasn't painful and honestly this experience was the first time I wanted to have a good cry at the dentist, I cannot wait to go back!

To anyone looking for a great dentist, I would highly highly recommend Dr. Sarowitz. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, and worked with me to come up with a comprehensive plan to help get my dental health back on track but he is quite possibly the most compassionate medical professional I have ever had the experience of dealing with. He really knows what he is talking about and goes out of his way to make sure that you are a part of and fully comfortable with the recommended care plan.
After a fairly traumatic experience at my previous dentist, I had put off seeing another dentist for a long time which ultimately led to a lot of the dental problems I am experiencing now. Words cannot express how much of a relief it was to meet Dr. Sarowitz.
The office is also very clean and much like Dr. Sarowitz, the entire staff operates with the same warmth, creating an extremely welcoming environment.
I think it's fair to say that most people have, at the very least, some sense of unease about dentist appointments and may even go so far as to put them off (as I did). For all those people, if you are looking for a place to not only put your fears at ease but a place where your dentist will work with you, I cannot recommend this place enough.
Everyone in the entire office certainly went out of their way to make me feel welcomed, heard, comfortable and as an active participant in my treatment plan, which after past experiences, came as a welcome and very much needed surprise.

Check in was smooth as were x-rays and the cleaning. Dr. Sarowitz reviewed my x-rays and explained preventive maintenance suggestions moving forward. It was the bets visit to the dentist I've ever had.

I have been searching for a good dentist in the Bronx for a while now. My visit with Dr.Sarowitz was excellent! He is a caring dentist who provided understanding and empathy towards my financial situation. He explained my options about my dental treatment and I was able to select the best option for me. I discovered him on Zocdoc and I'm happy that I chose to come to Bronx Dental Center. The staff is excellent and the environment is very welcoming! Glad I found a great dentist in the Bronx.

Very informative doctor. My only pet peeve with staff is that no one seems to introduce themselves and state their title. Also, I did not appreciate that the man assisting the doctor went to fix the plugs for the overhead light with the same gloved hands that he touched my mouth with after fixing those dirty plugs. I thought about that in hindsight and was very upset. Gloves are for BOTH of our protection not just his.

I have a lot of issues with my oral health. Dr Andrew was very patient explaining everything that needs to be done as well as setting up a tome line so I could work my, work schedule as well as financing out.
