Practice Statement

Dr. Dionne D. Louis joined Atlanta Dermatology and Laser Surgery in September 2011.

A native of New Orleans, Louisiana, Dr. Louis attended Spelman College graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry. After earning a doctorate of medicine from Morehouse School of Medicine ... in Atlanta, Georgia, she completed a residency in Pediatrics at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Louis then completed a residency in Dermatology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Louis is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Pediatrics.

Dr. Louis is experienced in all aspects of dermatology including skin cancer, psoriasis, dermatologic surgery and pediatric dermatology. Her special interests and areas of expertise are ethnic skin, hair disorders, pigmentation disorders and cosmetic procedures for all racial skin types. She welcomes both adults and children to the practice.
