Dr. Haberman showed me someone else’s eye scans, whether by accident or on purpose, told me it was mine and had me make an appointment with their retina specialist. I was made to believe for weeks that I had an irreversible eye condition because of this. I show up to the next appointment and the arrogant Dr. Friellich (same office) interrupts me and says I don’t have the condition Dr. Haberman sent me in for. He acts like I’m inconveniencing him by asking him to check the previous scans which looked much different than the new scans. The tech in the room refused to check with the front desk when she couldn't find them. Dr. Haberman had pointed out exactly where the issue was on the scan on the last visit. I am someone with medical literacy, and I know my eye didn’t just regenerate in two weeks. The office failed to find my scans from TWO WEEKS AGO and the front desk and techs act like I’m being a Karen, rather than acknowledging that they either have made several serious errors.
Looong wait, crowded waiting room, appears they overbook using zocdoc. Hard to say if this was a quality office/treatment as the inability to accurately forecast appointments overshadowed the experience. I was initially brought into a room 40 minutes after my appointment time but the doctor didn’t see me until 1.5 hours. They said part of the issue is all the new patient paperwork to input…the system seemed pretty dated / should be computerized if that is a major issue for them to stay on schedule.
Dr Haberman took the time to listen to my concerns and questions and answered them kindly. His staff was patient with me, as I had never been for an eye exam before.

The Doctor was Beyond Amazing. I have a serious Wandering eye problem(Exotropia). I’ve been to several doctors and they always recommend using a pencil to help align the eyes but at 45 years of age. That process never worked but Dr. Haberman recognized my issue and the solution within Minutes of My visit… Not only did he recommend me to a trusted specialist but His Office management called and arranged an appointment for me… BEST SERVICE I EVER HAD!!! I’m TRULY ELATED!!!!

I was brought in and put back in the waiting room 4 times. and then they didn't call in the prescription they promised. basically they took the "care" out of Healthcare. Doctors offices are the only businesses thar can accomplish nothing and still get paid.

I took my daughter for a last min appt because she injured her eye. He was attentive and thorough. The wait time wasn't long. I did read some of the reviews beforehand and decided not to complete the online documents through Zoc Doc bc based on what I read other patients had to complete the forms again in the office. So that was duly noted. My overall experience was good with the staff and the doctor.

1. Arrived on time,had to wait for about 30 minutes. 2. Receptionist gave me the paper forms I already finished on Zocdoc the day before, so I had to do it once again. 3. One of the forms was literally "please write down all your banking card details". 4. While this provider is listed as "in network" for Horizon Panorama insurance, they didn't accept this insurance for prescription glasses. 5. Masks are required. When they exam your vision, you breathe and the optics gets fogged up, so when they ask you to read, you literally can't see anything. 6. After learning that I came from Russia, Dr. Haberman raised a few topics like "what's happening in Russia", "do I support Putin", "do I know that <something about Russia on the news yesterday>", which I found absolutely inappropriate.

Dr. Haberman was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the issue to me and gave me a thorough exam. The staff that were a part of my exam were also helpful. Shaina (not sure how it's spelled) was great. My only issue came with billing and insurance, I was told that I needed to pay a few hundred dollars for the visit, even though my insurance covers it, and I had met my deductible. I haven't had this issue at any of my other healthcare providers, and I'm not sure if this falls on my insurance company or the doctor's office, but it was unexpected and frustrating. I also don't love that they require everyone (even people whose visit is free) to keep a credit/debit card on file, I saw an elderly couple walk out without being seen because they didn't have a card to use, even though (based on what I could hear) their visit didn't require payment.
