The office did not have the information I filled out in Zocdoc.
I could not tell if the cleaning was rushed or just super efficient, I’ve never had the dentist do the cleaning while the hygienist operate the sucker/water, a team effort. Granted when I brushed and flossed later that day, seemed like no hard plaque was left behind. No free dental products offered.
I had a great experience at my appointment. Dr. Valentina Yasinsky, was very understanding, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and will definitely be returning.

The hygienist and the dentist both were really aggressive with cleaning and poked and prodded at my gums so hard that they were bleeding a lot- the dentist told me to floss more "because my gums were bleeding," but I have never been told that (nor have had my gums bleed at the dentist) in my entire life (my mouth still hurts). The general cleaning was very messy- water and toothpaste were in my eyes, up my nose, and even on my pants and the suction tube was put down my throat making me cough multiple times. The dentist said I had a stain and proceeded to pull out a dremmel- I have sensitive teeth and it sent awful shooting pain up my molars, and then she proceeded to keep going. Everyone was really nice and I didn't have to wait, but I really wouldn't recommend this office, especially for anyone with sensitive teeth.

Great dentist and staff. I went in for a cleaning, and they found a few cavities. She finished the cleaning, and I went to the front to schedule my next appointment. My insurance is new to me, so I am waiting to get my cavities filled, but the receptionist was extremely helpful in getting in touch with my insurance and working that out. I came in a week later because my tooth was hurting. They got me in a day or two after I called, and it turns out it wasn't my tooth but a bad cut in my mouth. They got me some mouth wash which helped immensely—great dentist and team. Happy I found them.

While it wasn’t necessarily a bad teeth cleaning experience, I think I’ll be going to get my teeth cleaned elsewhere in the future. Not sure how you could skip some teeth during the flossing process, as an example. Was that intentional? I’m an avid daily flosser but for a cleaning I’d anticipate equal attention to all teeth, not just some. I wouldn’t go so far as to say that attention to detail was lacking the whole time but it didn’t inspire the confidence I’m looking for

Valentina (and her staff) are amazing. She saved my brand new crown as I had to do a root canal on that tooth. The procedure was smooth and painless. She explained every step and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. Their office is not fancy but their work Excellent. I highly recommend her.

I'm usually very nervous about going to the dentist, but I was made to feel comfortable very quickly there. Everyone - the receptionist, the hygienist, and the dentist were lovely!
Awful visit. I wasn’t seen until about 2:30pm (my appointment was 2pm). The assistant who took my x-rays didn’t provide direction, so she was upset and smacked her teeth in frustration when one of the photos were fuzzy. Dr. Yasinsky was also not pleasant. Began asking me about the pain I had mentioned, then began feeling around my mouth, banging on teeth without explaining why she was doing that. She did not have an explanation of the pain I was experienced, but said I might have TMJ, and when asked what that was, she didn’t explain, she said she would refer me to a surgeon. I had originally scheduled the new patient appointment and should have had a teeth cleaning done, but the receptionist went on to say that wasn’t the appointment I had made, which I have proof that I did. From start to finish, this was such a horrendous experience.
The staff was very nice and informative, and the appointment went well. I'd certainly recommend Valentina and her practice to anyone that was looking.

front desk experience was terrible. additionally, I took the time to fill out my paperwork online, but I got there and they said they can't get the info from zoc doc. waste of time. during the cleaning Watters kept getting sprayed all over my face and neck.
By far the best dentist experience I've had in recent memory. The front desk was friendly and attentive. I was promptly seen. I transferred to Dr. Yasinsky because the other I had seen in January was horrific. I didn't feel comfortable having my cavity filled there so I transferred to this dental office. She was able to fill it perfectly on the first visit. Fantastic.
Dr. Yasinsky was very efficient and professional, yet she genuinely cared and was compassionate about my toothache. Overall, great experience!
