Our mission is to provide high quality family medicine in a caring environment, and to respond to the needs of our patients, staff and community through leadership, education and service.
We provide comprehensive family medicine services; prevention , screening, and wellness care; disease and injury management; and minor surgery. We offer Well-Person Exams, Immunizations, Acute Illness Care, Chronic Disease Management, Diagnostic Testing with Lab on-site, Referrals, Procedures, and Diabetes Education.
