Great, all very clear explanation of what needed to be done. Insurance not really an issue cuz at the end yiu dend the bill to your insurance if u have one so yiu will get a qualified refund.
Been with Dr Vo since sge bought the practice, I would not change offices. Had emergencies in the passed and always been fixed in no time.

The office is beautifully organized, our DDS was prompt in saying hello before the dental cleaning was started. Then she discussed my teeth stuff with her dental worker and me---and good results, information about the things I have had since my previous dentist.

Dr. Vo's office never followed up with me to book the next appointment as I expected them to. So I sort of just drifted off and stopped being a patient. They contacted me years later about a mis-billing where I owed them more money and were not sensitive to the fact that this sort of clerical error can be VERY impactful for patient's whose insurance may have changed.

I'm really glad I found Dr. Vo and her staff. I have a deep phobia of dentists and needles and have avoided dental work for a very long time due to a combination of fear and embarrassment. I found Dr. Vo and she's very kind, understanding and doesn't make me feel like I'm not "good enough" because I was not raised with proper dental treatment. I'm looking forward to getting my teeth back to a healthy place with her and her team. :)

This was truly the most positive medical experience I've ever had. The whole crew is lovely, warm, efficient, and professional. Dr. Vo is the first practitioner I've ever met with who really took the time to patiently field each and every one of my concerns, to paint a holistic picture of my oral health in language I could actually understand, to explain what was appearing in x-rays and photos, and to leave me with clear, actionable steps for the future. I felt empowered and fascinated, not alarmed or confused. There were absolutely no attempts at upselling and the teeth cleaning was next level. I learned so much about my own body and what to expect, and genuinely feel like I finally found a trusted partner in my own health. Super grateful to the whole team and couldn't recommend this practice more.

Dr. Vo and her team are incredible at making you feel at ease once you step foot into their office. Dr. Vo explained everything that was happening during my oral exam, which was something I've never experienced with a dentist before. On top of proactively educating me on oral hygiene and their processes/tools in the office, she also took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm actually excited to come back to see her for my next appointment!

Dr. Vo, Tracy and Anna are the best dental team you could ask for! They made sure I was comfortable and educated about my entire dental treatment and worked with me to come up with a comprehensive dental plan. All my questions about insurance and treatments were promptly answered. It was the most thorough dental experience I've had and I cannot recommend them more highly!

Dr. Vo and her staff were very courteous and thorough during my visit. They let me know what they were doing, and why, the entire time and made me feel extremely comfortable. I've been pretty fortunate in that I've had good dental visits in the past, but this visit definitely takes the cake for sure. Dr. Vo is great. She is super nice, accessible, and friendly. After I got a crown with her, she called in the next day to see how I was feeling. I also got a few fillings done, and she called the next day to check on me those times too. Big fan!
I did get a second opinion on the crown just to be responsible, and the 2nd dentist told me the same thing. (That I needed to get it).
