Practice Statement

I specialize in mood disorderes, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, panic, difficulty clearing the mind, inattention, intepersonal difficuly, and career transition. My interventions involve supportive and insight-oriented psychotherapy as well as biofeedback. My goal is to create a trusting and safe environment for you to feel comfortable sharing and motivated to begin a process of self-strengthening. I am a licensed psychologist in the state of New York and am Board Certified in Biofeedback. I work with adolescents, adults, athletes, and business professionals.
