Practice Statement

We participate with Delta Dental and Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield. We also will accept payment from most other dental insurance companies and process our claims electronically on the same day as treament is rendered. You should contact your dental insurance provider for details of your plan, however, we will be happy to help you find out your personal coverage and explain the terms of your plan .
Be sure to come to your appointment with a current insurance card, and the holder's identification information. We will do our best to help make insurance processing flow as easily as possible!

Please note: insurance payments vary from plan to plan, and you are responsible for balances remaining after their payment. For treatment ... plans involving several appointments, we recommend that we process a pre-treatment estimate so that you can know your financial responsibility prior to treatment starting.
