Dr. Nicolae was extremely helpful, listened attentively, efficient to address all of my symptoms and made me feel heard while delivering helpful consultative and diagnostic advice as part of our appointment. It was easy to book time with her and get answers to my questions and concerns. I would recommend her services to anyone in need of psychiatric therapy and diagnosis. It's not easy to seek help but Dr. Nicolae makes the process very comfortable, providing a safe space, candid & respectful environment.

Mona was a great listener and gave great insightful feedback and advice throughout. She was very sympathetic and genuinely interested and caring. She prescribed medication so it is available but was not pushy about it.

Amazing doctor. She was great with my autistic son. Very pleased. She is out of network but I know my insurance will reimburse so it’s well worth it. Even if it didn’t I would still pay. She is attentive and kind and very calming.

Dr. Nicolae was extremely professionally. She made feel fully at ease to trust and open up during our first session. She asked questions, allowed me to answer and she listened. I felt that she was engaged to what I was expressing. Seeking help for mental health issues is not an easy thing. I felt hopeful after my telephonic session with her and look forward to the next session.

She charges way too much money per session and she doesn't accept any insurance. The session went ok. She's a very nice person, but, often no feedback to what you're talking about and end up sitting in awkward silence. Perhaps she and I just weren't a good fit, but, the session felt more like speaking with a friend than actual therapy.

My last appointment was horrible, she made rash judgements and she kniws nothing about me. Most likely something in her personal life is not going too well i would say.

Dr. Nicolae was extremely professional, yet still personable - qualities that seem otherwise uncommon among physicians. I soon felt at ease speaking with her, and she was sincerely interested in learning about me, my background, and my condition. I also appreciated her insightful treatment suggestions, all of which have proven very helpful. I'd highly recommend Dr. Nicolae to anyone seeking treatment.

Mona seems highly competent, she seems genuine. I have not had more than one appointment so I am hesitant to state confidently how she is. She let me speak and interjected only to ask relevant questions. She seems warm and gentle and concerned. I will go back and see if we are a good fit to work together.

I am so very thankful that she cares for my son.
