Anxiety manifests itself in a lot of ways: constant worry, difficulty sleeping, tightness in your chest, overthinking even minor situations, restlessness, and constantly second-guessing your decisions to name a few. Yet, you feel you're doing everything right! You work out regularly, you go to yoga classes, you meditate, you do all the things that are supposed to relax you and make these feelings go away - and yet the anxiety is always there at the back of your mind.
Feeling this way is a lot more common than you think. Many feel that even though they're ready to make a change, they don't want another short-term fix. Luckily, thanks to advances in anxiety treatment, there are real, long-lasting paths to a better, stress-free life. My goal isn't to help my clients "get to their happy place" when stress hits, but to give them tools to permanently help them in the hectic, stress-filled world we all live in.

Words are difficult to express the amount of time and attention Nate spends on finding the root causes of hard fought personal issues.
