Practice Statement

Once you have scheduled an appointment with our office we begin working behind the scenes to ensure that your insurance benefits have been checked and that the office visit has been approved. When you come into our office you will be greeted by our friendly front office staff. Our front desk receptionists will go over all the paperwork that is necessary to complete your patient chart. Once this information has been completed you will return the paperwork to the front desk. Next, the medical assistant will escort you to your exam room and ask a few pertinent medical history questions. Next, one of our Board Certified otolaryngologists will come into the exam room to discuss the issues you've been having and provide a medical exam. Depending on the findings they may recommend a hearing test, a nasal endoscopy, allergy testing, surgery or additional tests such as lab work or radiology testing.
