Friendly staff. It was my first time. But the Dr. never formally introduced herself. After looking at the x-rays, the doctor quickly, casually explained what she thought of my teeth and then went into cleaning herself. I think the appointment structure could be a bit more professional overall but i also understand that this is a fairly small office. I think this place would be a good place for kids. But maybe not the best spot for adults.

I have her for my two boys already, always friendly and tells you exactly what needs to be done or need to do. My kids like her do that's why I decided to have her clean my teeth. I was going to another dentist which I did not like, did a procedure on my teeth and did not do it right. So that's why I changed. Never had a problem with my kids.

The doctor reached out prior to the appointment to remind me of the appointment. My first visit required me to fill out a few standard new patient forms. After I finished filling out the forms, the assistant immediately got started with getting my x-rays. She was very friendly and accommodating. After the x-rays were done, the doctor spoke to me about my teeth and the issues I was having, and what they can do to help. Started my deep-cleaning, and everything was very smooth. The doctor was very friendly and informative. Booked my next appointment while I was there.

I took my 86 year old mom there with a broken tooth. We had only made the appointment slightly over an hour before we came through the door. The people were very nice and truly seemed to care, even though they could not solve the immediate problem. The advice seemed solid and my mom came away feeling cared for and cared about, even if she couldn't get complete resolution at that time/place.

The Dental office was clean and presentable. The Dental Hygienist also played as the front office personnel. She welcome me and was very helpful in completing the paper work, I was a new patient. After a few minutes, the Dr. Kultham came out to check my paper work and made sure my insurance coverage was active. I realize it was necessary to check insurance coverage, but it left a bad impression on me. Why would I make an appointment if I was not covered at all? Was I going to have service done and not pay for it?
The Dental Hygienist pretty much did all the full service: x-ray, cleaning, and ending my visits. Dr. Kultham spent less than 5 minutes with me. She checked my x-ray, asked me two or three questions, and took a glimpse of my teeth. Yes, it was a glimpse, a very quick one. That was it. She did let me know every looked fine and there was a tooth that may need service in the future. There were no welcome greetings, she just asked if anyone recommended me. Then off she went and her Dental Hygienist took over. She was busy with her next patient by the time I was all done.
Don't get me wrong. I am not a highly demanding patient, but I have had better dental service in my life. I only picked a new Dentist because my long-time dentist have recently retired. I was hoping Dr. Kultham would be that new dentist for me. Still in search for a new dentist, I will not be returning with Dr. Kultham. I do not recommend her at all. I think she is okay, but one can find better.

I am very afraid of dentists. But Dr. Kultham really calmed me down. I did not feel the shot and she made sure that I was not in pain. I will always be thankful to her for being patient with me.

Dr. Kultham is well experienced and very efficient. I got my 7 yr. old son for treatment and she was very calm and relaxed. Dr. Kultham completed all the treatment little at a time, my son did very good with her. I am very happy with the experience.

I moved to Union city recently and broke one of my back tooth. Dr. Kultham saw me as an emergency appointment and did root canal the same day. I was out of pain. Thanks to her. She is approachable and an excellent Dr.
