2. Please note all copayments are collected in cash on the time of your physician visit.
3. Medicaid is accepted but there is a difference in Medicaid plans. Please confirm that you do not have a Medicaid HMO such as healthfirst, healthplus, metroplus etc when booking your appointment. If you have a Medicaid HMO DR Udo has to be your primary care physician before making an appointment.
