Dr. Gross was very reassuring and calming.
He told me up front that my insurance wouldn't cover everything (which I expected), and I really appreciated that.
I told him I was a big baby when it came to dental surgery, and he worked things out for my upcoming appt.
We'll see how my next couple appointments go, but I'm sure I found my new dentist.

We have been putting off this very important health checkup for silly reasons and Dr Gross and his staff have always been humble and courteous...I went to Dr Gross for several years and was nice to he back in his care. Never feel ashamed to delay care...just do it!

Doctor is absolutely great. However the office staff is terrible. I'm getting my teeth cleaned and other staff members keep calling the woman who is cleaning my teeth. The staff member was showing the girl working on my teeth her a filling that fell out. Then several other people came in telling her that appointments are waiting so now I'm being rushed after waiting about 20 mins in the waiting room and at least 30 more minutes in a chair before being moved again. They didn't even know if they took my x rays for certain or not.
