My experience with Dr. Robinson was wonderful. She is professional, kind and caring. I needed a cavity filled and root canal or extraction on my remaining wisdom teeth. Dr Robinson filled the cavity and recommended an oral surgeon who could remove my wisdom teeth without me getting off warfarin. That was a major decision because my prior dentist insisted that I get off the blood thinner. I’ve already had two strokes, and Dr. Robinson’s work and recommendations put me greatly at ease. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Robinson was amazing! very friendly & thorough. She did a great job fixing a chipped tooth I had from a composite fill done at another dental office, that wasn’t done properly. Her assistant Maria was kind & patient as well, and her front desk staff is great also especially Lavette! I highly recommend her & will be returning.

I’ve used this dentist for a couple of years. Admin staff are polite, so is the dentist’s assistant and dental hygienist.
On my first visit, this dentist was warm, helpful and quite open to discuss my dental health and support me. However, her demeanour changed in subsequent appointments - perhaps because I asked too many questions. Subsequently, all my appointments were always cancelled within a few days of the planned visit; there was always an invitation to reschedule.
Perhaps, it’s all a coincidence that demeanour changed (not warm at all) and my appointment kept being cancelled. On the plus side, the front office staff and dental hygienist are absolutely delightful. I’ve never been subjected to never-ending waiting.

Dr Cheng was great, as always. I tend to have a lot of questions and she always patiently and clearly explains her reasoning, options, etc. Best dentist I've ever had.

Jackie Cheng was extremely professional and extremely efficient. She was able to assess issues with previous dental work, make sage recommendations, and worked with me to build a good treatment plan going forward. Would highly recommend her!
