The wait time was not acceptable. It even made me late to my next appointment. However, it was right before the Thanksgiving holiday and I was told this wasn't a typical scenario. Also, it seemed to be a little chaotic in the office and finding my zocdoc paperwork, which had all of my medical info on it. They spent about 20 minutes futzing around with the computer and still didn't get it; therefore I had to repeat a lot of info in the room and she suggested a medicine that was contraindicated with another medicine I was on. Could've been a significant mistake if I didn't know about it myself. Although, she's smart and would've known, I believe, if she had time to review my paperwork. On the very positive side, she's thorough, smart, concerned and knows her stuff. The one tiny, tiny complaint was she was a bit pinchy with the speculum as she was moving around in there -- but that was to be thorough. Perhaps the speculum was not the most recent model? Don't know the answer to this one. But... the medical care, concern and knowledge were excellent. I wish there was a Recommend choice rather than Highly Recommend jumping to Probably Recommend due to the glitches cited above. I will go back because I think she's competent, caring, has great credentials and has a good bedside manner. I just wish she was more prepared. I will evaluate when I go back. So yes, I will go back and will also share my thoughts with her because I believe she truly cares about her patients and wants to be the best she can be.
