Barbara was great. I just wish she worked somewhere else. The Medex office she works out of is run by probably the most incompetent people I had ever met. I don't want to go into details, I feel like I don't even want to seek therapy elsewhere because it overall was such a horrible experience. It seems they run their clinic with the idea that appointment times are just for show and it is actually first come first serve. Someone was late for their appointment, so that means all other appointments were pushed back. I have never been to a place that operates like that. Bad business.

She was very nice and the location is very convenient to the M,E,R, & F trains
