Professional Statement:

Carla DiMattina is a sports enthusiast who applies her passion for exercise and well being into her practice as a physical therapist. As a spinning and Pilates instructor and junior tennis coach, Carla utilizes her motivational and enthusiastic teaching methods to help her patients go above and beyond their goals in achieving optimal function and greater overall health.

Carla's special areas of interest include postural re-education, core stability training and ergonomics. A graduate from The University of Melbourne, Australia, Carla has since pursued further education in areas including clinical Pilates and other techniques such as the Mulligan Concept, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation and Maitland assessment and treatment.

Carla has worked extensively with international celebrity Pilates instructor Sebastien Lagree.
