Dr. Gene Kominer is a highly-trained physical therapist who specializes in orthopedic physical therapy. With 15 years of experience, Dr. Kominer prides himself on being efficient with patients, and helping them heal as quickly as possible. He also keeps a very friendly and professional patient manner, so that patients can feel relaxed and comfortable.

Dr. Kominer attended medical school at Long Island University, and has completed two residencies – one in Physical Therapy at Lenox Hill hospital, and the other in sports therapy at Nicholas Institute of Sports Medicine and Athletic Trauma.

He is fluent in three languages, including Russian and Haitian Creole. In his spare time, Dr. Kominer hits the ski slopes and travels as much as he can. He is also a big music enthusiast. He looks forward to meeting you!
