Rachel was awesome. She immediately made me feel comfortable. I have been to a few LCSW/therapists that make talking about your feelings uncomfortable or make you do most of the talking. She was very engaging and I liked that it was more of a conversation. From the first session, she gave me resources and tools to help with my anxiety. I'm looking forward to seeing her weekly. Highly recommend!

I went to see Rachel during a really tough point in my life. She was very professional and easy to open up to. A VERY good listener, there were a couple times that I spoke throughout the whole entire visit. She makes you feel comfortable and is very encouraging. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

This was my first visit with Rachel. She sent me an email before the visit to make sure that I knew how to get to the office and provided instructions for when I arrived. There was no waiting time and I saw her at the exact appointment time. Overall, a very good listener and I felt comfortable from the onset. Since I've only had one visit with her, it's difficult to speak about her strengths as a therapist, but I look forward to going back again and seeing how treatment goes!
