She gave me a thorough examination and explained what I needed to do. Excellent bedside manner.

She was prompt and polite but she treated me like I was a total idiot. She was pushing a cream product despite the fact that I told her three times that I have a cream that I like and works well for my knee pain. She continued to push the cream (150% more expensive than the cream that works well for me as is) by telling me things like, "See, this is a photo of a knee. It works well for knees." I asked her to explain what made it better than the cream I currently use and she said "Well, it has XXX in it." When I asked what that was as despite being an RN I had never heard of it. She could not give me a straight answer and again pointed to the photo of the knee x-ray on the information paper she gave me and said, "It works for knees." I felt like I was in a bad commerical. Her assesment of my legs was brief but she was unwilling/not able to refer me to a PT place that would be convenient for me to reach. Not the worst by any means, but just not a useful experience either.
