We display two types of feedback: Zocdoc Patient Reviews and Partner Reviews. Our goal is to present reviews that are fair, accurate, and trustworthy. Two things set Zocdoc reviews apart from others:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Our reviews come from real patients.<\/strong> On most platforms, reviews can be written by anyone \u2013 including people who\u2019ve never actually seen the provider, or even by the providers themselves! On Zocdoc, every review is written by an actual patient. Zocdoc will only post reviews from patients who interacted with the practice they booked their appointment with.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>We show more representative feedback.<\/strong> We solicit reviews after each and every appointment, which generates a higher volume of reviews. These comments tend to reflect more on insurance providers than providers.
