I was very clear with staff I had a throat issue - they had me leave work early for nothing, only for me to have to go see another office for my throat. Dr. Mak was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about allergies I was experiencing. He asked me a lot of questions and was eager to engage in a conversation with me about the specifics of my symptoms, rather than just offer his opinion. He was realistic about allergy shots and offered me other options to manage my symptoms. He was friendly and kind, as was the courteous office staff, who were professional and welcoming.
