So, at first I went to Dr. Saigal. I had been suffering from a very bad sinus infection for months that just wouldn't go away. I get sinus infections all the time. He prescribed me some medicine, but it didn't help at all. I went back to see him after a week, and I was still feeling bad. He said he was going to give me some more meds and wanted me to come back in another couple of weeks. He also mistook me for another patient and forgot what he did the last time I was there. I wasn't impressed and decided to try another doctor on the Cigna plan. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Han. Dr. Han took one look at my CT scan and my history of sinus problems and suggested we do something called Balloon sinuplasty. It's a procedure that happens in the office that involves numbing the nose and using a balloon to permanently open up the sinus passage. It's also 100 % covered by my insurance. Took a couple of weeks for the swelling in my nose to really go down. However, it's been a couple of months since then and my breathing has become much easy. It's actually made a huge difference. I know this is kind of a long rambling review, but outside of fixing my sinus problem, I just really like Dr. Han as a person. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions, and I just got the sense that he actually cared about me, not just as a patient, but as a person. I highly recommend him to anyone. …read more
