Dr Nash was great! I was embarrass and apprehensive about mentioning details of my medical situation and Dr Nash was so professional and compassionate. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much Dr Nash. However, I left there thinking of two ladies, staff, assisting dr Nash during my exam. I actually thought of them during my drive home, 2 hours away, and for two days afterwards, feeling ashamed., embarrassed. After my exam Dr Nash and I were discussing my situation, with my back to Dr Nash as we spoke. I was sitting on the exam table as she was busy behind me . So unbeknownst to staff I was actually looking at them as Dr and I spoke. I saw Staff point to what I assumed was my chart on the laptop one of them was holding, and both started to giggle silently. They looked up and saw I was looking directly at them, and actually looked scarred as they realized I was looking at them, all the time I was still talking to Dr Nash. This was so embarrassing, condescending. I finished my conversation with Dr Nash and didn’t say anything. Staff made the effort to be nice right before I exited the exam room but we all three knew what transpired. I was so engrossed in my medical concerns and I am quiet by nature. But I have been thinking of this for several days. Dr Nash, your bedside manners again were excellent. Thank you. Your staff however might need some training. I apologize for this somewhat negative review but I felt it was important that Dr Nash was aware of this. …read more
