First visit was exactly what I was looking for. I showed up a little early for any additional paperwork, but the online forms I filled out that morning were good enough. I was called back about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, and saw Jenny right at my scheduled time. The new patient visit turned into my annual physical plus a couple additional tests. All lab work taken on site. Immediate referrals to a couple specialists for concerns. I was out the door in less than an hour. I was very impressed with my Doctor, she made me feel at ease, very comfortable, answering all my questions! I ask her how long she was going to be my Doctor? This was my first visit at Dr. Wachter's office and it was a very pleasant experience. The office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was escorted to a patient room quickly and was seen by Dr. Wachter shortly thereafter. Dr. Wachter was very thorough, professional, and respectful. He took the time to explain to me in great detail what procedures and treatments he would recommend and why. I felt that my concerns and questions were appropriately addressed and fully trust his knowledge in the field and professional recommendation.
