My visit excellent, Dr. Denisa was very professional, her bedside manner was nothing but great, she demonstrate empathy, she listen to my concern and also comeup with the right core of plan to fit my needs. Great job.
Dr. Skripak and his team of allergy nurses were wonderful! Very thorough with great bedside manners! The front desk employees, howvever, need some training. They discuss their weekend plans and celebrity gossip while you're standing in front of them. Twice I was ignored until their conversation was done. One of the times I was ignored after asking a question until the front desk employee was done googling an artist another one was one yelling to her. Front desk leaves a bad taste in your mouth but don't let them turn you off from the great service provided by the healthcare team!
Mathew M. Varghese,
This is my fourth visit with this doctor. When I first went to see Dr. Varghese I was having very severe eczema, which I've had all my life. It had been bothering me so bad, I would wear clothing that would hide it when it got worse. I was given creams by derms I went to see and had tried OTC medications with some help but it always came back. The doctor told me eczema is something that is cause by my cells in the blood that are not functioning as they should and that I should treat my overall allergy. He told me that my nasal symptoms I had been dealing with were related to my skin. How, he told me that when one area of the immune system gets affected the others will be too so he told me that we should treat the overall person. During the first visit which was well over an hour his nurses performed allergy skin tests which showed I was very allergic to pollen and other indoor allergies. They also did a breathing test which showed my lung was not putting out air like it should. The doctor reviewed everything and treated me for my nasal and what he thought was asthma. Which I didnt even know I had. For my eczema, he told me to do wet wraps which the nurses explained to me in detail. It took 2 or 3 days but I felt better not just for my skin but my breathing. Everything improved over the next few weeks. My skin cleared up and I woke up more refreshed now that I was breathing better at night thanks to the nasal spray and inhaler he prescribed me. I also started allergy shots and am really excited to see how they will help, everything else already has so much. Great doctor and office. Highly recommend. Thanks Dr Varghese and nurses.
