I highly recommend Doctor Johnson! I had seen another doctor at this clinic, but he had retired. I decided to see Dr. Johnson. He called me back twice so I could ask him if he would see me regarding ear pain and problems hearing out of my left ear. I asked if I could pay cash because I just started a new job and I do not currently have health insurance. He was very kind, listened and was empathetic to what I was experiencing, and was very professional, both on the phone and during the appointment. He told me I would receive 30% off if I paid cash and that I could also make payments. He was more concerned about my health than with my payment, which was very nice. I was scheduled for an appointment within 2 days. He took his time to see me, was very gentle and caring while working on both my ears, and asked me questions during my treatment. Dr. Johnson gave me tips to help with my ear health and gave me a two prescriptions that were reasonable priced, and the price of my appointment was very reasonable, which I appreciate. He told me if I continued to have problems I may need a hearing test and to call him or make another appointment. The woman who checked me in was friendly, listened to me, and was warm and welcoming. The woman I made my appointment with on the phone was not as friendly and continually asked me the same questions, and gave me a hard time regarding not having insurance. She told me I should have a referral, even though I had the same problems with my ears a few years earlier and saw another doctor at the same clinic. I understand she is doing her job, however, I am at a total loss regarding people who work in health care and don't think you know your own body. I am almost 50 years old and think I know if I need to see a specialist or not. Doctor Johnson did not display that attitude and I feel he went out of his way to help me. ~ Thank you Dr. Johnson!
