High sed rates and high uric acid rate?

I have arthritis almost every joint but no gout symptoms
An elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) is a signal that your body is under some kind of inflammatory state, though the test itself is non-specific and does not point toward one particular cause of any underlying inflammation. Uric acid is the substance responsible for gout; when monosodium urate crystals build up inside a joint and set off an inflammatory response, a person experiences redness, warmth, swelling and pain at the joint. However, not everyone with an elevated blood uric acid level experiences gout symptoms; while the chances of having a gout attack increases with the uric acid level, this is not guaranteed to happen. There are many causes of diffuse arthritis besides gout. If multiple joints are hot, red, swollen and painful, then an inflammatory cause should be considered. Such causes include rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, arthritis associated with a spondyloarthropathy such as ankylosing spondylitis, arthritis associated with inflammatory bowel disease, and reactive arthritis (in response to recent infection), to name a few. The pattern of joints involved (such as symmetry and size of joints) can help your primary care doctor or rheumatologist figure out what is causing your pain. Please talk to your primary care doctor for an evaluation of your symptoms, in order to establish a correct diagnosis and start you on the correct treatment path.
